New Maven-built sources zip: 112M

New build reorganizes the content so it's more logical (JBT stuff in jbosstools/, JBDS stuff in devstudio/, and build stuff in build/), and adds birt, central, forge, gwt, maven, and openshift, which were missing from the PDE version.
