Nick, Max Inc. was on 31th of May and 1st of June during all working CET day in Brno. It's hard to say if it was global or just local. Situation was better next days. Today with using Nick's hint, JBT installation from Marketplace took about half an hour which is acceptable. Still reported speed while fetching update sites is not high, it's around 60-100kB/s.
