To resolve missing 3rd party dependencies when installing from Extras, you need to point Eclipse at the JBDS TP site. Once we go GA, this will be available from https://devstudio.jboss.com/updates/5.0/, but for now you need to MANUALLY add the https://devstudio.jboss.com/updates/5.0/staging/ site.

Alternatively, you can install from one of these places:

https://devstudio.jboss.com/updates/5.0/staging/central/core/ (composite site which includes Extras, Core, and TP)
https://devstudio.jboss.com/updates/5.0/staging/ (composite site which includes Core + TP)

OR...

Install from this collection of sites:

http://www.qa.jboss.com/binaries/RHDS/updates/development/5.0.0.CR1b.extras/
http://www.qa.jboss.com/binaries/RHDS/updates/development/5.0.0.CR1b.core.tycho/
