Note that I had to create a file http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/stable/indigo/jbosstools-directory.xml to avoid errors in Central due to site not existing, and have it point at the CR1 bits to avoid an error about site being empty.

Therefore http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/JBossTools-3.3.0.CR1.core/plugins/org.jboss.tools.central.discovery_1.0.0.v20120605-0123-H98-CR1.jar is now linked from the CR1 build, through the roundabout path of updates/stable instead of updates/development. When we GA, we'll be fine because the Final version (after build H98) will point at the stable site, not the dev site.
