Sorry, I forgot to mention what version of JBT I was using: jbosstools-3.3_stable_branch.aggregate-Update-2012-02-24_23-15-15-H93.zip
But now I'm seeing something else in jbdevstudio-product-universal-5.0.0.v201203010100M-H88-Beta1.jar:
If I have more locations to be searched, but only one of them is selected for search at every start, all of them get searched anyway.
