Max Rydahl Andersen commented on JBDS-2048:
-------------------------------------------

Snjezana - afaik the installer does no longer add a specific runtime when users add runtime *paths* to the installer.

The paths added by installer are to be scanned just like if the user did it in the runtime path preferences.

That is what FAIL1 is about - not about specfic runtimes added.

> Runtime detection for locations added during installation doesn't work correctly.
> Scenario:
> 1. Run JBDS universal installer
> 2. During installation add two runtime locations: One to be checked at every start, one not
> 3. Start the newly installed JBDS with a new workspace
> 4. Both locations will be searched and servers added without asking the user - FAIL1
> 5. Go to Preferences -> JBoss Tools -> JBoss Tools Runtime Detection - none of the locations will be in the list - FAIL2
