When installing JBT using Eclipse IDE for Java Developers, the following WTP features aren't installed:

org.eclipse.jst.server_adapters.ext.feature
org.eclipse.jst.server_adapters.feature
org.eclipse.jst.server_core.feature
org.eclipse.jst.server_ui.feature
org.eclipse.jst.server_userdoc.feature

The JRebel  WTP feature requires the org.eclipse.jst.server.generic.core and org.eclipse.jst.server.tomcat.core plugin that are included in the above mentioned features.
Mylyn doesn't add required plugins/features. I suppose that is a bug in mylyn. 

The solution would be to add the mentioned WTP features as required features to some of the JBT feature (JBoss AS, for instance).
