Dmitry, can this be added after after every export to db? Or some toolbar item synchronizing this? Current steps are not very comfortable:
1. Switch to Data Source Explorer
2. Click on connection profile, context menu -> Disconnect, then Connect or expand tree to table and refresh
3. Back to source file
4. Context menu -> Validate

My suggestion: 
1.Update state after every export to DB
2.Some toolbar item providing db view update and revalidation
