Previously, the Runtime Detection plugin worked as follows:

- added EAP and directories the user entered when installing JBDS
- installed runtimes and servers for EAP

Now, EAP is automatically installed and is not added to the runtime scanning list.
Those directories the user has added when installing JBDS, are in the runtime scanning list.

Committed to the trunk. Attached is a patch (jbide-2048b.patch).
