Using Eclipse platform binary 3.7.2 + Central from trunk (Beta2), I get this when trying to install the JRebel connector in Central:

Software being installed: JRebel WTP Integration (Optional) 1.4.6.201202291345 (org.zeroturnaround.eclipse.wtp.feature.feature.group 1.4.6.201202291345)
Missing requirement: JRebel WTP Integration (Optional) 1.4.6.201202291345 (org.zeroturnaround.eclipse.wtp.feature.feature.group 1.4.6.201202291345) requires 'org.eclipse.jst.server.tomcat.core 0.0.0' but it could not be found

Rebuilt locally w/ the above change, I can now install JRebel w/o the above problem:
