I have created a patch [^JBIDE11177-1.patch] which updates descriptions in
{{org.jboss.tools.vpe.browsersim.feature/feature.properties}}
and
{{org.jboss.tools.vpe.browsersim/META-INF/MANIFEST.MF}} .
This is how it looks while installing BrowserSim:

Note, that the change in the MANIFEST.MF does not affect any UI, i.e. the plugin description can be found by the user only if he opens this file directly.

IMO, it is not common way for such descriptions. Compare it with [common Eclipse's about.html|http://wiki.eclipse.org/The_about.html] (it can be opened by clicking 'Legal Info' in the 'Eclipse SDK Installation Details' dialog).
