No - the dmr plugin is for use from within other plugins to communicate generically with AS 7 management apis (i.e. used by switchyard plugin).

The dmr.jar included in as7.x plugins is there to ensure 100% compatibility.

In future we might be able to remove this bundling but for beta1 this is expected behavior.
