WindowBuilder was never in the PRD/ERD when discussing GWT inclusion in Central or JBDS Extras - see JBIDE-10967, JBIDE-10595, JBDS-1737, JBDS-1729, JBIDE-9338, JBIDE-9386. 

Also, it wasn't EPL licensed the last time I checked (but is as of today!), so we can now redistribute it on the Extras site rather than just linking to it from Central. \o/

Please clarify whether you want the connector in Central to include WindowBuilder and GWT Designer (6 features, shown below) or if you want a SECOND connector in Central for this optional second installable.
