I can reproduce the problem.
Committed to the trunk.
Attached is a patch. 
I have also attached the org.jboss.tools.runtime.ui_1.3.0.v20120305-1713-H72-Beta1.jar plugin. Could you replace the plugin you are using with it and try to reproduce the problem again.
If you are using other version of the plugin, please send me the version and I will create a new plugin.
