New patch to remove org.eclipse.jst.server_adapters.ext.feature as it's not needed for installation (and it's not present in JBDS, so better to be consistent in install base between JBT & JBDS). [^JBIDE11085.patch2.txt]. Committed, along with missing WTP image for the JST Server connector.
