The issue is actually reproducible really easy on beta1d build:

# Right-click any application in OpenShift Express Console view
# Click Create A Server Adapter
# When a New server wizard appears click Next

RESULT: Empty wizard page with Internal error 

@Max Could it be part of this JIRA or shall we open a new one? What fix version?
