    Steps to Reproduce: 
The issue is actually reproducible really easy on beta1d build:

# EXEC: Right-click any application in OpenShift Express Console view
# EXEC: Click Create A Server Adapter
# EXEC: When the New server wizard appears click Next

Result:
*Internal Error* in the 2nd wizard page.
