And there is no way that when we see a change we ask the user if he wants to delete the old location ?

The problem of "left over deployments" is a problem already if you change workspace and create a new server adapter - whatever was deployed before is not seen and you end up with errors.

The number of people having to what you describe above is waay less than those who will come and see this page loaded with a ton of lines they have no interest in.
