Resolved the above error, there is a new problem once we're past this:

dependencies.dependency.version' is missing for:
* javax.servlet:javax.servlet-api:jar
* javax.servlet.jsp:jsp-api:jar
* javax.el:el-api:jar
* javax.servlet.jsp.jstl:jstl-api:jar

These artifacts need to be replaced with the JBoss enterprise ones when enterprise=true.
