the problem you are experiencing is not related to this issue. Nevertheless, what you see happens actually from time to time and there's not much we can about it but to increase the timeout. We currently have a timeout of 1 Minute already and I dont know if it makes much sense to further increase it. The OpenShift team is aware of the massively increased creation time the PaaS is experiencing since end of last year/beginning of this year.
