Just to be sure what to verify for this jira, I tried to summarize what has been done here:
* replaced HTML5 quickstart
* some cosmetic changes (icons, removing of "AS 7" from JBoss Quickstarts, ...)
* change helloworld, kitchensink, nuberguess  to depend and run on JBoss AS 7.1 (does this include 7.1.1?)
* updated cheatsheets.xml

As I understood, other things discussed here are done in separate jiras (mainly [JBIDE-11285|https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-11285])
