It looks like the worst issue blocking these tests is a bug in ESB 4.10 - where deployments can fail. For whatever reason, this intermittent problems occurs frequently when the ESB tests are run. This bug will be fixed in ESB 4.11 - so once it is resolved we should be able to run the ESB tests.
