    Steps to Reproduce: 
# Create Dynamic Web project with JBoss Core Portlet facet
# Create EPP 4.3 server
# Right click the project and select Run as..
# Select EPP 4.3 server

RESULT: http://localhost:8080/java-portlet-project is loaded
EXPECTED: http://localhost:8080/portal URL is loaded
