Andre Dietisheim updated JBIDE-11362:
-------------------------------------

Summary: remove unneeded ApplicationWizardModel (was: remove unneeded NewApplicationWizard and it's pages, models etc.)
    Description:
It looks like that we still have old classes that are not needed any more: NewApplicationWizardPageModel, it's model and it's pages.

We stumbled over duplicate code in ApplicationWizardModel#waitForAccessible that is also present in OpenShiftExpressApplicationWizardModel#waitForAccessible). At first sight ApplicationWizardModel is obviously not needed any more and should be deleted instead of consolicating the duplicate methods.
