Nick Boldt commented on JBIDE-11047:
------------------------------------

I don't imagine going from feature a.b.c to a.b.(c+1) will be a problem so long as there's a working plugin (org.jboss.tools.vpe.browsersim.eclipse_*.jar) installed into JBT or JBDS which works as expected. To test an update, take JBDS and point it at the nightly JBT or JBDS sites, then install whatever update to the browsersim feature is available.

http://www.qa.jboss.com/binaries/RHDS/builds/staging/devstudio-5.0_trunk.product/updates/nightly/trunk/

After that you should have a newer org.jboss.tools.vpe.browsersim.eclipse_*.jar on disk and listed in the Help > About dialog.

> BrowserSim cannot be run with 64-bit Java on 64-bit Windows (JBIDE-11046). The platform filters of plugins should be changed to disable BrowserSim there.
