Do we want core tests and bottests on the same aggregate site? Work on having a separate site for non-bot tests started in JBIDE-11390; however the new site DOES include the bot test plugins (but none of the SOA Tooling test plugins).

Could easily merge the sites if we want or if QE prefers one site to two.

Should we also consider splitting the SOA bits onto a separate site?

> In order to make testing re-usable and to perform same tests on several environment without rebuilding them.
> Suggestion of implementation: Provide feature in component update-site and have an aggregated site for tests, the same way there is one for components (could be a nightly, a snapshot, a release...)
