Hi Attila, thanks for reporting!

We currently filed an issue to handle all cases for embedded cartridges (required additional ones, conflicting ones) in JBIDE-10852. So 1) is already filed that issue.

The 2nd point is actually a very good hint, I was not aware of this reuqirement.
