The Java EE Web, Enterprise, Richfaces, GWT generated projects declare a "arq-jbossas-remote" profile. 
Activating this profile by default would allow users to run JUnit tests OOTB. 

* Create a new Project from JBoss Central,
* On the first page, click next
* On the second page, fill in project name and package
* click next
* Advanced section should be open and display Profiles: arq-jbossas-remote


Fixing this bug only requires a change in http://anonsvn.jboss.org/repos/jbosstools/trunk/download.jboss.org/jbosstools/examples/project-examples-shared-3.3.Beta1.xml and JBIDE-11406 to be resolved.
