closing this "multi-issue" as won't fix.

Not because we don't want to fix things but because the only real sensible and reproducible issue found in here was about running .java files - that is fixed via https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-11414

Remaining issues I see are:

* Run as doesn't work when nothing is selected - that is expected. What is run as supposed to run if nothing selected ? Can't just select randomly from possible many things that can be run.

* Run as result in "embedded*" error. We have not been able to reproduce nor locate this one. This is most likely an error but we have not found a way to reproduce it. If find one please open a new specific one.
