OK, so now http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/webtools/juno/site.xml contains the correct versions of the features, and the site also contains JMX and Archives features...

1. Install Juno M6 JEE bundle and just update the one JST Server Adapters Extensions feature from http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/downloads/drops/R3.4.0/I-3.4.0-20120426145544/repository/. Restart.
2. File > New > Other > Servers > Servers > Next
3. click link for "Download additional server adapters"
4. select JBossAS Tools > Next
5. Restart
6. File > New > Other > Servers > Servers > Next

7. Wizard now includes:

* JBoss AS 3.2 - 7.1 (7.1 is default-selected when the wizard starts)
* JBoss EAP 4.3 - 6.x
