I'm working with new clean workspace without any seam project created previously.
As I wrote before no seam runtime is defined. That is important. When seam 2.3 runtime is already defined wizards wotks fine.

If user want to use Seam 2.3. which is only working with JBoss AS 7.1 he has to go back to first page of wizard and select configuration "Dynamic Web Project with Seam 2.3 (Technical Preview)". It's not really comfortable.
