I agree with Burr.
Just to be clear: Right now the warning is displayed, but the project can still be created. But it can't be build because of the wrong version in the archetype. So while we want to fix the warning as well it doesn't necessarily prevent the examples from working. The second part of the issue does - the wrong dependency in the archetype.
