You are right. Dynamic Web Module 2.5 is default in case of clean worspace. This is a problem whitch couses Seam 2.3 is not selected.

If user want to use Seam 2.3. which is only working with JBoss AS 7.1 he has to go back to first page of wizard and select configuration "Dynamic Web Project with Seam 2.3 (Technical Preview)". It's not really comfortable.
