I applied a slightly changed version of Snjezana's patch : 
* uses the actual local repo location, not the default <user.home>/.m2/repository
* changed the warning message to :

A *-redhat version of org.jboss.spec:jboss-javaee-web-6.0 cannot be found. This indicates you do not have access to a JBoss Enterprise Maven repository.\nThis can cause build problems.
