Hey Joseph, 

The only issue I've run into with doing web service stub generation through the Web Service wizard in one folder and then client generation in another folder is that the default package names collide. So if I change the package in the client to add ".client" to it, everything seems to be happy. Code is generated successfully in both folders. 

So I'm still unable to reproduce this issue on Windows or Linux and don't have a Mac to try it on. 

Do you have an example project you can attach that I can use to try and reproduce this?
