I am also using Mac OS X Lion - I selected 32-bit during the installer wizard - JDK 6
/System/Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/1.6.0.jdk/Contents/Home

New workspace - selected the Java EE Web Project - same problem

The project builds, deploys and runs arquillian tests (Run As JUnit Test) but Forge does not like the project
