*Steps to reproduce:*
# open BrowserSim preferences
# push edit/add button
# you will see edit/add dialog 
# switch to preference dialog again - it will be in focus
# push edit/add button again - second edit/add dialog appears:

*expected result*
while add/edit dialog window is open, you can't access preferences dialog
