this was fixed via JBIDE-11735.

And yes, import to openshift had an error trying to set the /.

This was tricky to spot since an update from pom.xml would set it back to the correct version.

In CR1 the openshift server adapter will assume that the main deployed project is deployed in the / at all times, independent on the context root set. That should make it work on both locally and remote openshift.
