Problem here is that the JBT/JBDS TP is in lockdown for GA release.

So... I recommend this.

a) pull a mirror of the latest Eclipse BPEL bits using an ant/p2.mirror [1] or maven/tycho-p2/mirror script [2], and put the bits here [3].
