Closing this issue as this is now working correctly. But I created another JIRA for another use case when you change the runtime to EAP 5.1 - JBIDE-12033.
Verified in jbdevstudio-product-universal-5.0.0.v201205272317M-H143-CR1.jar

It's not really comfortable.
