When testing a site like Extras, make sure your version of JBDS includes this URL in its list of available update sites:

https://devstudio.jboss.com/updates/5.0/staging/

The atlassian plugins are on the target platform, which is referenced by the staging site. Once we GA, the TP bits will become available here, which is the URL already included in JBDS right out of the box:
