Xavier Coulon updated JBIDE-12014:
----------------------------------

    Attachment: JBIDE-12014b.patch

- ConnectToOpenShiftWizard and other models: now prompts for the selected user if called from the OpenShift Explorer (previously, it would prompt for the lat user, which is not always the current one).

- CreateApplicationAction makes a specific call to 'checkForPassword', which does:
-- if user is not connected and credentials were in secure store, attempts to connect and prompt for credentials if auth failed
-- prompt for credentials if user password was not in secure storage
If not using this, the wizard would start with a credentials page is the user is not connected, which is a bit annoying

- ExpressDetailsComposite: aside a field rename, an extra check avoids a NPE in the error log (only) when creating a new OpenShift Server and giving bad credentials
