Vlado, I cannot reproduce missing warning image in Package Explorer. Note, that it may appear with a delay, because decoration images in Package Explorer are updated in a low priority job. To be sure that it is a failure and not a delay, open a Java file, make an error in it, save, make sure that the error decoration image appeared for the Java file in Package Explorer, and then check again the image at faces-config.xml. 

Decoration of editor's image was a new feature implemented only by Java editor; I reused it for JBoss Tools editors, so that part is fixed for 3.3.0.CR1.

Please confirm that you still reproduce the problem in Package Explorer, also check if there were some exceptions that might prevent image update.
