final fix is:
* installer unpacks EAP 6 into "${INSTALL_PATH}/runtimes/jboss-eap"
* runtimes should look into JBOSS_EAP_HOME = "../../runtimes/jboss-eap" and configure EAP6 from this folder silently 
* then process configured locations to detect runtimes

It means run-time detection dialog will not appear right after first start if option Yes was selected at runtimes configuration step in installer and no other locations to detect runtimes were added into list.
