    Steps to Reproduce: 
1. ASSERT: make sure you're using JBoss Tools for OpenShift Beta1. Eventually update openshift plugin to latest by :http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/nightly/core/4.0.juno/
2. Connect to openshift env
3. Right click on an application -> Edit Embeded cartridges

Actual results:
Error occurred as attached.

Expected results:
Cartridge list is shown for addition.
