Because of [DirtyRegionProcessor's issue|https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=384776] we have a fixed copy of this class due to fix [JBIDE-12418|https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-12418].

The referenced BugZilla issue is marked as fixed and is targeted for WTP 3.5.M3, so, probably we should return to original class and not to have its copy in our code.
