This job: https://jenkins.mw.lab.eng.bos.redhat.com/hudson/job/jbosstools-4.0_trunk.component--freemarker-sandbox/ is using "standard" profile + mirrors defined in hudson-settings.xml.
I could verify it's using the expected mirror for jbosstools dependencies, but did not find a way to ensure it's working on the target-platform mirror...
