No you mean that by virtue of something being in Central, it's already been Selected and Certified, and therefore the explicit labelling is no longer needed?

Categories are already on the 6.0 Beta2 Extras site [0] (have been for a couple years [1],[2]) but with the move to Central do we still even need to expose an Extras site, or is the under-the-covers Central site [3] sufficient?

Reason for "requirements" rather than "extras" is that it's the same dir structure used on download.jboss.org. /updates/ is reserved for released update sites [OUTPUT, public URL]. /requirements/ are things that go into assembling or building those releases [INPUT, internal URLs often not exposed to public].
