    Workaround Description: 
* Open Window > Preferences > General > Compare/Patch
* Check "Ignore white space"
                Workaround: Workaround Exists


If possible, we could add an "Ignore white space" checkbox on the wizard, so that setting would be locally applied, instead of having to go to the workspace preferences and set it. 
Dunno if it's doable though.
