The pull request adds a 3rd party site directly - we don't normally do that we mirror them to ensure they are the version we actually tested against.

Nick, didn't we have this in central at *some* point ?

Furthermore, didn't we want to move away from using the installable unit as the id of the connector to avoid confusion if the IU's changed ?

i.e. for this one I would expect something like "mylyn.jira" to be used as the shared ID between JBDS and JBT central sites?
